Supermodel Lara Stone today announced she is taking legal action after alleging that unauthorised photographs appeared in French Playboy.
The Dutch model, who is married to British comedian David Walliams, said the magazine had 'no right' to publish the pictures, which include topless snaps, last month.
She has instructed lawyers Schillings to commence proceedings in Paris against French Playboy and photographer Greg Lotus.

Stone said in a statement: 'Playboy had no right to publish these unauthorised photographs. It's not the kind of publication I would ever choose to appear in.

'I feel I have no option but to take steps to protect my reputation.'
Stone, 26, and Walliams, 38, tied the knot at Claridge's Hotel in London in May after dating for around a year.
Miss Stone wore a £30,000 tight-fitting, flowing cream gown by Ricardo Tisci of Givenchy, that featured gold brocade and a lace-trimmed train – and wept as she and Walliams in a grey morning suit, made their vows.
Walliams' Little Britain co-star Matt Lucas and BBC producer Robin Dashwood were best men, while veteran actor David Bradley brought the house down with a short speech, in which he said: 'Lara, please look after David, we all know what a shy and retiring man he is!'
Their guests included Denise Van Outen, Sam Taylor-Wood, Ronnie Corbett, Barbara Windsor and James Corden.

French Playboy and Greg Lotus were unavailable for comment.
Miss Stone has previously done nude work. She graced the cover of arty fashion magazine Love, stylist Katie Grand's twice-yearly glossy, in February this year wearing just a pair of shoes.
