The not-so-whaky frock was offset by her turquoise cropped wig, unusual glasses without lenses and a black hat.
The 25-year-old Telephone singer appeared calm as she walked to her car through hoards of photographers.
And she blew a kiss to her fans while wearing fingerless black leather gloves that allowed her huge red nails to protrude through.
Meanwhile, the unusual style icon has admitted her obsession with Versace while filming a special Paul O’Grady show.
The Judas singer will have her interview aired this Friday at 9pm on ITV1, during which she talks about her love for designs by the late Gianni Versace.
She told O’Grady: ‘Donatella [Versace] has opened the archives for the first time since Gianni’s death.’
Gaga recently vowed to wear only Versace for the next two months to honour her ‘love affair’ with the designer.

And while in Europe, the American star wore a huge range of Versace outfits when she was visiting the birthplace of Gianni – Italy.
She was in Rome yesterday to conclude a huge European gay rights march in the city, with a rousing call to governments to defend gay rights.
‘Today and every day we fight for freedom. We fight for justice. We beckon for compassion, understanding and above all we want full equality now,’ she shouted to the crowd.
