And, on holiday with husband Phil Neville in Barbados, it seems all Julie Neville's work has paid off, as she displayed her super-slim bikini body on the relaxing break.
The 33-year-old donned a patterned blue and yellow bikini as she strolled along the beach with her footballer husband.
Everton captain Neville also caused a stir with his beach body - displaying his muscular physique in a pair of Hugo Boss swimming shorts.

The couple are currently enjoying a family holiday in Barbados with their two children, Isabella and Harvey.
And they aren't the only footballing pair to be enjoying the season break in the exclusive Sandy Lane resort, as Wayne and Coleen Rooney are also there with their 18-month-old son Kai.
Neville and his wife certainly seem to be making the most of their holiday, with Julie updating fans regularly on Twitter about their plans.
She tweeted yesterday that she was planning to take on her husband in another competitive sport, writing: 'Sooooooo hot - think I am going to have to escape this heat in the kids club and take on @fizzer18 at table tennis!'
Progress: The couple's seven-year-old daughter Isabella, who has cerebral palsy, walked along the beach without her leg splints, using just her parents for support
Family day out: Julie tweeted one of her followers that it was a 'long road' for little Isabella but she was enjoying the pool and the beach in Barbados
Julie later tweeted a picture of herself with her two children heading out for dinner at the exclusive Bajan Blue restaurant.
While the children appear to be making the most of the entertainment on offer in Barbados, images of seven-year-old Isabella walking on the beach with her parents show just how far she has come.
At just 18-months-old, Isabella was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and was told by doctors it was unlikely she would ever walk.
The couple were then told of the problems she may encounter, from eyesight problems to hearing loss, learning difficulties and trouble with mobility.
Muscular: Neville also displayed his buff beach body as he chased son Harvey along the beach
But Julie and Neville resolved to do everything possible to give her the chance of a normal life - which started with walking.
As well as the rail fitted to their home, Isabella was fitted with a special brace and leg splints which she would have to wear for the majority of every day.
So the photographs of the little girl walking on the sand without her leg splints on, using just her parents' hands for stability, are likely to have warmed the hearts of her dedicated parents.
Pretty as a picture: Julie later posted a picture of her and her two children before they went out to dinner at the exclusive Bajan Blue restaurant
Julie also responded to fans on her Twitter page who had asked how Isabella was doing.
She wrote: 'Isabella is doing great thank you - enjoying the pool and the beach!'
And she later to another fan: 'These children are so strong. It is a long road too for isabella but she is doing great thanks.'
Meanwhile, Neville spoke recently to assure fans he will continue to play football for at least the next two years after being encouraged by his wife and children not to retire from the sport just yet.
He explained: 'I feel as fit as I ever have, and want to continue for as long as possible and at least the next two seasons - hopefully at Everton.
'At the start of the season, when you come back from injury you question yourself. I was questioning myself whether I was good enough to be a footballer again, and was contemplating retirement, but the manager told me to snap out of it and so did my family and I've had a great season.'
